This is a new position in our growing and evolving structure. Your role will involve leading high‑quality, impactful teaching reflected through strong student outcomes, and nurturing a culture rooted in growth, purpose, and belonging.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality teaching and support student learning across Business, Economics and Accounting.
  • Lead curriculum development and delivery for the cluster.
  • Mentor and support staff, promoting professional development.
  • Maintain pastoral care and student progress in collaboration with Progress Tutors.
  • Collaborate with safeguarding teams to ensure student safety.

Qualifications

  • Proven teaching experience in Criminology (essential).
  • Strong academic background in Business, Economics or Accounting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and pastoral support skills.
  • Commitment to student welfare and curriculum excellence.
