Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality teaching and support student learning across Business, Economics and Accounting.
- Lead curriculum development and delivery for the cluster.
- Mentor and support staff, promoting professional development.
- Maintain pastoral care and student progress in collaboration with Progress Tutors.
- Collaborate with safeguarding teams to ensure student safety.
Qualifications
- Proven teaching experience in Criminology (essential).
- Strong academic background in Business, Economics or Accounting.
- Excellent communication, leadership and pastoral support skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and curriculum excellence.
