The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Required for September/October 2026. Full-time (Monday-Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm) and permanent.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Buildings and Services Manager to join our Estates team and help maintain our extensive school estate to the highest standards. Reporting to the Estates Director, you will oversee planned maintenance, manage contractors and projects, support health and safety compliance, and help ensure that our buildings and services provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment for students, colleagues and families.

This is a varied and hands-on role that calls for strong organisational skills, sound judgement and a practical approach, alongside a commitment to the presentation and smooth running of the School.
