We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant who takes pride in their work and plays a vital role in supporting the daily life of the school. You will join a supportive, welcoming, and values-driven community.

Responsibilities

  • Provides a calm, friendly, and professional front‑of‑house presence, welcoming visitors, answering calls, and supporting parents with enquiries.
  • Keeps accurate records and supports the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school through strong organisation, ICT skills, and attention to detail.
  • Manages pupil information and attendance efficiently, with the ability to prioritise and stay composed in a busy environment.
  • Supports a wide range of administrative tasks, including communications, bookings, and general office duties, with a proactive, “can‑do” approach.
  • Works closely with staff to meet pupils’ day‑to‑day needs, demonstrating teamwork, efficiency, and empathy.
