Reporting to the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) the role of a Learning Support Assistant SEND will be to work closely with members of the Learning Support Department, subject leaders, students and parents to ensure students with Special Educational Needs achieve their maximum potential, gain independence and social awareness so that they can enjoy and participate in the school environmentalongside their mainstream peers.

This roles requires you to demonstrate passion, enthusiasm and an absolute commitment to improving the life chances of all our SEND students regardless of background or ability.
