We are seeking an experienced, proactive and dynamic HR Manager to join St Benedict Catholic Academy Trust's Central Services Team, working alongside our existing HR Manager to provide high-quality HR support across the Trust. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting people, fostering a positive working culture and ensuring that our staff are equipped to deliver the very best outcomes for the children and young people in our care.
St Benedict Catholic Academy Trust is a growing family of Catholic schools within the Archdiocese of Southwark, currently serving over 6,000 pupils across primary, secondary and all-through academies in Lewisham, Greenwich, Southwark and Croydon. As our Trust continues to grow, we recognise the importance of maintaining strong and consistent HR practices across our schools. Our Central Services Team works closely with school leaders to provide professional support, promote staff wellbeing and ensure that our people remain at the heart of everything we do.
Working collaboratively with our existing HR Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering and developing the Trust's HR services. They will provide expert advice to school leaders, support employee relations matters and ensure HR policies and practices align with employment legislation, best practice and our Trust values.
