The Admissions and Marketing Officer is a key role in the School’s student recruitment. The postholder will report directly to the Headmaster to develop and deliver a coherent marketing and admissions strategy that ensures the School meets recruitment targets with students who are well suited to the School’s ethos and ambitions. Success in the role will be measured against enquiry generation, conversion rates, enrolment numbers and student retention. Industry leading external training will be provided as part of career progression planning.
The School reserves the right to make one or two appointments, depending on the strengths of the field of candidates. In such circumstances, roles and responsibilities would be agreed through discussion.
