Under the instruction/guidance of the Estates and Facilities Manager, provide maintenance and security services of the College\’s estates. Oversee the day-to-day control of cleanliness, heating and lighting and maintain a safe environment for students, staff and visitors.

Distribution of Working Hours

  • Monday: 12:00 – 20:30
  • Tuesday: 13:00 – 21:30
  • Wednesday: (no hours specified)
  • Thursday: 10:00 – 18:30
  • Friday: 12:30 – 20:30
  • Saturday: (no hours specified)
  • Sunday: 13:30 – 19:00

Weekly Hours – 37 hours per week. The distribution of these hours is subject to regular review to ensure best service delivery for the College.

St Bede\’s and St Joseph\’s is a two-site school. The hours above are for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday to be at the Lower School Site (BD8 7AP); Sunday at the Upper School Site (BD9 4BQ).
