St Basils is seeking an Engage 2 Employ Coach to support NEET young people aged 16–25 who have experienced homelessness.
The role combines youth empowerment with employability development, delivering group work and 1:1 mentoring to help learners prepare for work and education.
The post holder will champion youth voice, work across locations, and manage flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet programme needs.
Salary scale 6, pro rata, fixed-term until 31 March 2027.
