St Basils is seeking an Engage 2 Employ Coach to deliver engaging group work and provide mentorship for NEET young people aged 16–25. This role supports young people who have experienced homelessness, helping them build confidence and progress into education or employment.
The ideal candidate will employ innovative methods to inspire participation and ensure that young people shape the services that support them, collaborating across multiple projects to achieve meaningful outcomes.
