St Basils in Coventry is seeking a Homeless Prevention Coordinator to lead the delivery of the Homeless Prevention Service within our Youth Hubs, with a clear focus on early intervention and prevention.
You will manage the Homeless Prevention team, work in partnership with the Local Authority and other organisations to reduce the flow of youth homelessness, and ensure a single point of access for 16 to 25-year-olds who are homeless or at risk.
