We are looking for a full‑time Administrative Assistant: Personalised Learning to join us on 1 September 2026 on a permanent basis. Provide high‑quality administrative, clerical and organisational support to the SENDCo and the Senior Personalised Learning Team. Coordinate the administration of examination access arrangements, support statutory SEND processes, and ensure accurate record‑keeping to enable the Personalised Learning Department to operate efficiently and remain compliant with statutory guidance, JCQ regulations and school procedures.

HOURS: 37 hours per week, term‑time only plus 5 training days pro rata. We can be flexible about when the hours are worked and we are willing to discuss hybrid working. You would need to be in school for the training days each year and would be in school full‑time at the start of your employment for training.

SALARY: £28,142.00 – £30,024.00 gross pa pay review pending, pro rata for term‑time. Starting salary equates to £24,124.95 gross pa.
