We are looking for a part-time Finance Administrator: Purchase Ledger, to join us as soon as possible on a permanent basis. We are looking for someone who is computer literate, with good keyboard skills and purchase ledger or accounts experience to join our small, dedicated Finance team. You will have overall lead responsibility for the accurate and timely management of the purchase ledger.

- Maintain purchase ledger records and ensure supplier invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- Computer literate with good keyboard skills.
- Purchase ledger or accounts experience.
Hours
32 hours per week over 4 days or 5 days (to be agreed), term-time only, plus one week of training days and an additional 1.2 weeks to be worked flexibly to meet deadlines during the school holidays, pro rata, which equate to a total of 40.2 weeks worked per year. Please note that this role is office based, and an element of flexibility will be required at peak times.
Salary
Full-time Equivalent is £28,142 - £30,024 gross pa (£14.59 - £15.56 per hour), pro rata for part-time, term-time. Starting salary equates to £21,471.63 gross pa.

St Bart's is a leading academy school (1938 on roll with a Sixth Form of 586) in West Berkshire. Road links are good as we are close to the A34 and M4, as well as excellent public transport and within walking distance of Newbury train station.
