St Bartholomew's CE Primary School is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our welcoming and caring team.
The role will begin in September 2026 and involves supporting pupils during lunch hours.
Job Details
Grade 2 / Spine Point 3-4, Permanent, Term Time Only.
Salary Β£24,796 β Β£25,185 (FTE) β actual Β£2,882 β Β£2,927. 5 hours per week (1 hour per day 12:30β1:30pm). 44.85 weeks paid per year.
Responsibilities
- Supervise children before, during and after eating lunch.
- Assist children with cutlery and table manners.
- Promote positive behaviour.
- Clean and sanitise children's eating areas.
- Organise and lead games and activities.
- Administer first aid following successful completion of training.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to communicate well with children and adults.
- Adhere to the terms and conditions of working within a school.
- Actively ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of children.
- Subject to necessary pre-employment checks, including enhanced DBS, Prohibition List, Barred List and Childcare Disqualification where applicable.
- Provide two suitable professional references.
- Not barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.
