Join Our Team as a Lunchbreak Supervisor at Blackhorse Primary School (BS16)!
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: Grade 13, £24,796 FTE per annum (Actual salary: £3,510.31)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 6.25 per week (Monday to Friday), term time only excluding INSET days

The Role:

  • Recent experience of working as part of a successful team;
  • Experience of undertaking a role that follows the appropriate application of policies and procedures ie First Aid, H&S;
  • Recent experience of working with children of primary school age;
  • High expectations of all children;
  • A knowledge and understanding of ensuring the safety, general welfare and proper conduct of children.
  • Motivate and inspire confidence in pupils;
  • Encourage and participate in play;
  • Work collaboratively with others to deliver the best possible outcomes for all pupils;
  • Show a sensitivity to the personal needs of children;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Act as an adult role model;

Fluency Duty
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
