Working pattern: 3 days per week, term-time only. This role is 16.5 hours per week Teaching Assistant and 1.5 hours per week Lunchtime Supervisor.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team and help enhance learning across the school. You will work alongside teachers to support pupils' educational progress, assist with group and individual tasks, help prepare learning resources, and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and achieving their potential.
- Assist with classroom activities, group work, and differentiated tasks.
- Help prepare resources and organise learning environments.
- Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence in learners.
