Are you a visionary and exceptional primary school leader ready to take on a strategic, multi-school role? St Barnabas MAT is committed to providing exemplary education and enriching opportunities for every child. We are seeking an inspirational Primary School Trust Hub Leader to drive school improvement, foster collaboration, and ensure high level outcomes across our cluster of five small primary schools within the Hub.
You will be the strategic education lead for the Hub, reporting directly to the CEO, and acting as a bridge between the central Trust and the individual schools. This is a crucial role for a leader who excels at coaching, collaboration, and systemic change. The core purpose of the Hub Leader role across schools is to foster an inclusive and high-quality educational environment that prioritises the holistic development of every child.
This leader will take comprehensive responsibility for educational standards, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations while driving continuous improvement in teaching and learning. In addition, the Hub Leader will oversee Financial Management, Health and Safety compliance and HR processes, establishing a sustainable framework that supports both employees and pupil success. Engaging actively with parents and the community, the Hub Leader will cultivate strong partnerships that enhance educational opportunities and promote a shared vision for excellence.
