About the role

The People Team are the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing a proactive, professional service, advice across the organisation. As an HR Advisor you’ll be working as part of a great team to shape how we manage people and the employment experience across the Group. Driving legally compliant and best practice, ensuring processes are managed within the organisation’s procedures and policies, and with alignment with the organisation’s values, behaviours and culture.

You’ll be working on a range of people matters including employee relations, health & wellbeing, embedding culture, recruitment and onboarding activities, and skills development. Using systems and people metrics to inform decision making, identifying trends, and working as a team to develop proactive solutions. Embedding our people policies, values and behaviours across the Group. Creating great working relationships across the Group and visibly representing the People team. Working with managers to achieve great people management practices.
