Time to care. Time to make a difference! Join our retail team at St Barnabas Hospice as a Retail Van Driver based at our Warehouse Superstore in Lincoln. Working with the Superstore and Area Managers, your role includes the collection and delivery of donated furniture and goods, optimising Gift Aid income opportunities, and the distribution/movement of donated stock as per agreed schedules. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring donated goods reach our shops, supporting our fundraising efforts and making a real difference in our community. Responsibilities

Your role includes the collection and delivery of donated furniture and goods, optimising Gift Aid income opportunities, and the distribution/movement of donated stock as per agreed schedules.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A clean, valid driving licence and 2+ years of driving experience in a 3.5t vehicle or above.
  • Experience driving vans or in a delivery role (preferred but not essential).
  • A friendly and professional approach when collecting donations.
  • Aged 25 and over.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • High level customer service skills, representing the Hospice to our customers, donors and supporters.
  • Experience in physically moving/handling large quantities and items of furniture and stock.
