About the role
The People Team are the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing a proactive, professional service, and advice across the organisation. The role is a blend of working with leaders across the Group to develop and support in the delivery of our business and people plans as well as providing practical HR support and service delivery. As a line manager and part of a great People Team, the role will be developing our employee experience and management practices, policies and procedures, and supporting in skills development.
Responsibilities
- A trusted and knowledgeable Partner to managers and service leads, providing expert advice and guidance on all people matters.
- A line manager and responsible for developing other team members.
- Creating great working relationships across the Group and visibly representing the People team.
- Embedding our people policies, values and behaviours across the Group.
- Using systems and people metrics to inform decision making, identifying trends, and working as a team to develop proactive solutions.
