The People Team is the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing a proactive, professional service and advice across the organisation. This role will embed business partnering across the Group, leading a team of experienced HR professionals and collaborating across the People Services team to deliver Group business and people plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an advisor to senior leaders.
  • Deliver an HR service supporting employees in health and wellbeing, talent management, organisational change and talent acquisition.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing HR team.
  • Collaborate across the People Services team to realise Group business and people plans.
  • Analyse talent management, acquisition and performance management to develop targeted solutions.
  • Oversee and support employee relations, organisational change and skills development.
  • Create visibility for the team in the Group and engage employees to understand culture.
  • Use systems and people metrics to inform decision‑making, identify trends and devise proactive solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellence in practice to lead an agile, expert HR service.

Qualifications

  • Experienced HR Business Partner with a proactive, business‑focused approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for development in talent management, acquisition and performance management.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Experience in employee relations, organisational change and skills development.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Confidence using systems and people metrics.
  • Leadership experience managing a high‑performing HR team.
