The People Team is the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing a proactive, professional service and advice across the organisation. This role will embed business partnering across the Group, leading a team of experienced HR professionals and collaborating across the People Services team to deliver Group business and people plans.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an advisor to senior leaders.
- Deliver an HR service supporting employees in health and wellbeing, talent management, organisational change and talent acquisition.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing HR team.
- Collaborate across the People Services team to realise Group business and people plans.
- Analyse talent management, acquisition and performance management to develop targeted solutions.
- Oversee and support employee relations, organisational change and skills development.
- Create visibility for the team in the Group and engage employees to understand culture.
- Use systems and people metrics to inform decision‑making, identify trends and devise proactive solutions.
- Demonstrate excellence in practice to lead an agile, expert HR service.
- Experienced HR Business Partner with a proactive, business‑focused approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for development in talent management, acquisition and performance management.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
- Experience in employee relations, organisational change and skills development.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Confidence using systems and people metrics.
- Leadership experience managing a high‑performing HR team.
