Location: Main Office, Lancaster, Camp Hill, or Akron

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Role Overview

The HRIS Administrator I maintains and supports the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), providing technical support, system upgrades, testing, and process improvements. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring data integrity, and developing system documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support for HRIS systems.
  • Partner with stakeholders to analyze and improve work processes.
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and testing.
  • Ensure data integrity and security through audits and quality control.
  • Create and manage reports, configurations, and system documentation.
  • Develop deep functional and technical expertise in HR disciplines.
  • Collaborate with departments to align system functionalities with business needs.
  • Respond to escalated questions and support end-user experience.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Physical and Educational Requirements

Operate a keypad device 80% of the day, with close vision requirements. Must lift up to 20 lbs. A four-year degree in business or HR-related field is required.

Experience

Two to five years of general and HRIS-specific experience, preferably with Workday HRIS.

Compensation and Employment Details

Salary Range: $17.52 – $37.02 per hour

Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level
