We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team. As a business partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organisation and employees by providing expert HR guidance and support.

You will be responsible for partnering with managers across the business to drive HR strategies and initiatives. You will foster a positive and inclusive work environment and have the knowledge to manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

The ideal candidate will have experience in change management and cultural influence, representing and amplifying employee voice and leading all people aspects of business development.

Please note: This is an office‑based role at our Head Office in St Austell.

About You
  • Previous experience at a comparable level within a similar industry
  • A recognised HR qualification or a view to completing one
  • Demonstrable experience coaching managers and leaders
  • Effective business partnering, demonstrating the right level of challenge and influence to drive results
