About The Role

  • As a Food & Drink Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll work across brewing, packaging, and site utilities - maintaining and improving the systems that take our beers from raw ingredients to finished product.
  • Deliver a strong PPM programme (target 80:20 planned vs reactive)
  • Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively
  • Maintain critical utilities (steam, COâ‚‚, compressed air, water, refrigeration)
  • Work safely using risk assessments, isolations, and permits
  • Identify and resolve safety, quality, and hygiene non-conformances
  • Support apprentice development and drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in an on‑call rota

About You

  • A proactive, multi‑skilled engineer who takes pride in high standards

Experience Expected

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Engineering
  • Experience in a food, drink, or FMCG manufacturing environment
  • Proven fault‑finding across electrical and mechanical systems
  • Experience with automated or high‑speed production equipment
  • Knowledge of utilities and site services
  • Comfortable with CMMS systems and standard IT tools

Desirable

  • BOAS and Confined Space training
