About The Role
- As a Food & Drink Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll work across brewing, packaging, and site utilities - maintaining and improving the systems that take our beers from raw ingredients to finished product.
- Deliver a strong PPM programme (target 80:20 planned vs reactive)
- Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively
- Maintain critical utilities (steam, COâ‚‚, compressed air, water, refrigeration)
- Work safely using risk assessments, isolations, and permits
- Identify and resolve safety, quality, and hygiene non-conformances
- Support apprentice development and drive continuous improvement
- Participate in an on‑call rota
About You

Experience Expected
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Engineering
- Experience in a food, drink, or FMCG manufacturing environment
- Proven fault‑finding across electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience with automated or high‑speed production equipment
- Knowledge of utilities and site services
- Comfortable with CMMS systems and standard IT tools
Desirable
- BOAS and Confined Space training
