We’re looking for a BI Analyst Lead to drive organisational performance by shaping how we use data, improving processes, and enabling smarter decision making. In this pivotal role, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to translate complex needs into clear, actionable requirements and deliver effective, insight‑led solutions. As both a hands‑on analyst and an inspiring team leader, you’ll guide a team, embed best practice methodologies, and champion a culture of evidence‑based decision making. From advancing our BI capability to ensuring projects land successfully across the organisation, you’ll play a central role in ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and used to its fullest potential.
About You
- Proven experience as a Lead BI Analyst or in an equivalent senior analytical role
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving capabilities
- Deep understanding of business processes, operating models, and change management
- Experience collaborating with technical teams
- Excellent requirements‑gathering and documentation skills; Ability to translate business needs into practical, measurable solutions
- Detail‑oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Strong accounting knowledge and experience
- Working knowledge of project methodologies
- Understanding of data structures, reporting environments, and BI tooling (Excel, Power BI, Jet Reports, SQL, Data Warehouse), and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing or coaching Business Analysts
