Having recently become part of the St Austell Brewery managed estate, there’s never been a better time to join our kitchen team and help take our food offering to the next level.
Set right on the water’s edge with breathtaking views of St Michael’s Mount, The Godolphin is a much loved pub where guests come to eat, drink, sleep, and unwind whatever the weather. If you’re passionate about great food and want to be part of an exciting new chapter, we’d love to hear from you!
Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people, with locally sourced produce, to provide high quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef, you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
