The Fort Inn lies on the edge of Newquay’s bustling town centre and enjoys stunning views along the coast.
Work at one of Cornwall’s most popular coastal destinations, also renowned as the UK’s surfing capital, with spectacular golden beaches and dramatic seascapes on your doorstep.
Are you a versatile Sous Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people, with locally sourced produce, to provide high quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef, you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests. Â
