Part‑time opportunity! Are you an ambitious Chef de Partie looking to take a step up? Do you have experience of working in a fast‑paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people, cooking with locally sourced produce to provide quality food that delights our guests.
As a Chef de Partie, you will work as a team ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
