The predicted salary is between 12 - 14 £ per hour.

We are looking for a seasonal Warehouse Operative, on a temporary contract, to join our award‑winning distribution network and be part of the team at our Cornwall Distribution Centre in St Columb.

As a dedicated team member of the Distribution team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and timely while maintaining St Austell Family Group’s fantastic reputation across the South West.

You will be responsible for picking stock and operating pallet truck equipment.

This role has a 40‑hour working week, from Monday to Friday, and will require you to work bank holidays. Normal working hours is night shifts.

About You

  • Experience operating MHE equipment.
  • A positive ‘can‑do’ approach to all tasks.
  • An ability to solve problems and use your own initiative.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A good working knowledge of Health and Safety and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
