St. Austell Brewery are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join the Telesales Team in St Columb, Cornwall. This role provides essential support between the Sales Development Manager and the customer, as first point of contact for new customers engaging them through service and agreed pricing levels.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that pricing requests are actioned and new business trackers are completed accurately to ensure retention and growth.
About you
- Previous experience of working within a customer service environment.
- The ability to take and record information accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people.
- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- A confident and positive communicator.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent MS Office skills and the ability to take notes and make accurate data entry changes.
