St Austell Brewery is seeking an experienced Projects Brewer to lead continuous improvement across brewing, fermentation, and processing.

You’ll work with the Brewing Manager to drive quality enhancements and optimise processes while supporting day-to-day operations.

You will own the improvement programme, investigate non-conformances, and collaborate with QA to ensure BRCGS START standards are met.
