Oystercatcher is a contemporary bar and restaurant with comfortable accommodation that enjoys an enviable outlook over Polzeath Beach and the sea, both inside and across its spectacular al‑fresco space. You will work at a scenic pub popular with families, couples and surfers looking for a delicious bite after a day on the waves or exploring Cornwall’s dramatic north coast.

Responsibilities

  • As a versatile Sous Chef you will work alongside a talented kitchen team, support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen, ensure correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met.
  • You will use the flexibility enabled by our menu‑writing processes to adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
