You will translate the production strategy into practical packaging plans and act as the senior technical contact for packaging issues, while driving safety and a people-first culture.
You will work with Production, Engineering and Quality to meet schedules on time and within budget, coach and develop the team, and drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime
