You’ll be working in an 18th-century tavern that has been thoughtfully updated by St Austell Family Group to showcase character features that are stylishly adorned with mod cons. The Rock Point occupies a tranquil location at the heart of what many consider to be ‘The Pearl of Dorset’. This exciting role will see you work in an inspiring part of the world, motivating a team of passionate people while supporting and occasionally stepping in for the General Manager.
About You:
- Taking the helm when the General Manager is away, you motivate team members to deliver their best and ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Creating a warm welcome to guests comes naturally to you, making every first impression count to ensure experiences delight from the get-go.
- Keeping a watchful eye over customer feedback means your team is always adapting to maintain high standards and improve where necessary.
- You go above and beyond to ensure a consistently high level of service, supporting the full team including Front and Back of House during peak times.
- You oversee the consistent production of a quality food offering and recognise the importance of the Kitchen Team.
