St Austell Brewery is seeking a Brewing Shift Lead to ensure all brewing activities are carried out safely, efficiently and to exacting quality standards. You will champion Health & Safety, HACCP, quality, communication and continuous improvement while supporting production teams across fermentation, centrifugation and filtration.
The role requires flexibility to work a three-shift pattern (6am–2:30pm, 2pm–10:30pm, 10pm–6:30am) with a short weekend rota, and you will supply finished beer.
