This is an exciting time for the business, and in this role, you’ll provide essential support and guidance to General Managers across a diverse portfolio of pubs. You’ll play a key role in driving the success of your area, using your experience and leadership to deliver strong performance and bring our strategic business plan to life. We’re looking for an ambassador for the St Austell Brewery brand, someone who champions our values, products, and proud heritage, while bringing fresh ideas and innovation to help shape the future of our managed estate.

About you

  • Able to work across Devon and into areas of Cornwall.
  • Proven experience in a similar-sized role.
  • A strong track record of P&L and balance sheet management, with proven commercial acumen.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all relevant compliance and audit processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of delivery.
  • The ability to solve problems creatively, think broadly, and manage multiple disciplines and priorities from start to finish.
  • A warm, effective relationship builder and influencer, able to connect with people at all levels.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge effectively and articulately.
  • A calm, adaptable approach under pressure, maintaining focus in dynamic environments.
  • Strong people leadership, with demonstrable experience of driving engagement and performance across multiple teams.
