We’re recruiting for a data focused professional to support the foundations of the team in quality business intelligence and reporting. This role is centred on data infrastructure, data warehousing, and data accuracy, ensuring that BI Analysts are fully supported with reliable, well-structured data to develop reporting and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of data flows to connect systems using ETL technologies
- Preparation of data for analytical, business intelligence, and operational use
- Maintaining databases and providing technical support for existing data structures
- Creation and upkeep of company-wide data assets
- Supporting the development of a holistic database aligned to the wider data warehouse strategy
- Producing and reviewing technical design documentation to support accurate reporting solutions
- Working collaboratively with the data team to improve analytics and support business decision-making
About You
- Understanding of data warehouses and data lakes
- Experience with SQL Server development
- Experience with programming/coding
- Business intelligence development experience
- Strong attention to detail and data correlation skills
- Ability to assess end-user needs and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication, collaboration, and consulting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines
- Critical thinking capability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
