We’re looking for a Fixed term (12 months) BI Analyst to deliver excellent service across our software delivery landscape. In this key role, you’ll transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and play a proactive role in shaping how the organisation uses data. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll develop automated dashboards, improve data quality, and support teams in understanding and interpreting their results. You will take pride in identifying opportunities for improvement, championing BI tools, and supporting a culture of evidence‑based decision making.
About You
- Strong proficiency in data visualisation tools (Power BI or similar)
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present insights clearly
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong accounting knowledge and experience
- Demonstrable experience of SQL Server Development
- Proficiency in using financial systems and software (ERP, accounting software, etc.)
- Data warehouse experience: designing, building, and maintaining systems to consolidate data for analytics, utilising strong SQL skills, ETL/ELT processes, and data modelling techniques
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
