Job Description
The Old Custom House enjoys a prime position on Padstow’s South Quay. It stands proud as one of the town’s historic stone buildings and buzzes with life as both a community pub and a hot spot for tourists with comfy sea view rooms.
You’ll be working in Cornwall’s foodie capital; a serene location that’s perfect for getting out on the water, exploring the estuary, and navigating the surrounding coastline.
Are you an enthusiastic Commis chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people, cooking with locally sourced produce to provide quality food that delights our guests. As a commis chef you will be assisting in the preparation of food, working as part of the team ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met.Â
