Join our talented kitchen team at The Wellington, located at the top of Bristol's iconic Gloucester Road. We are popular with locals and visitors alike, thanks to our quality food offering, warm welcome, and comfy hotel-style accommodation.
As a Chef de Partie, you will work in a contemporary pub with a suntrap beer garden, alongside passionate people, cooking with locally sourced produce to provide quality food that delights our guests. You will ensure the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met, utilising the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes to adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
