St Austell Brewery is offering a Chef Apprentice position at The Wellington, part of our managed pub estate. From day one you’ll join a busy kitchen, learning from experienced chefs and working with locally sourced ingredients.
You will complete a fully funded Level 2 Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery and gain the skills, confidence and experience to progress within St Austell Brewery or beyond. This role is ideal for building a long-term culinary career.
