We’re looking for a Central Reservations Manager to lead a team of six and take a hands-on role in daily operations. You’ll lead from the front, handling customer enquiries, ensuring accommodation and table bookings are processed accurately, and driving upsell opportunities to maximise occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing, customer-focused Central Reservations team through visible, front-line leadership.
- Answer customer enquiries and act as a senior point of contact, ensuring accommodation and table bookings are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure operational excellence across inbound reservations, consistently meeting service level expectations.
- Identify and implement upselling opportunities to improve conversion, occupancy, and overall commercial performance.
- Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to support aligned objectives across the estate.
- A confident, collaborative leader with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on role, supporting the team while maintaining high service and quality standards.
- Experienced in developing people, building strong teams, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of sales performance, conversion, and revenue drivers.
