St Austell Brewery is seeking an experienced Projects Brewer to join our Production team. You will lead continuous improvement projects, drive quality enhancements, and support development of brewing processes, working with the Brewing Manager and QA to ensure BRCGS START compliance.
You’ll provide technical expertise across brewing, fermentation and processing, while guiding improvements that boost efficiency and reduce waste.
