Are you a versatile Sous Chef withexperience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchenteam and you’ll be working alongside passionate people, with locally sourcedproduce, to provide high quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef,you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team whileensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dishare precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writingprocesses, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and ourguests.
