Our Sales team plays a vital role in growing our brands, expanding our reach, and delivering profitable growth across our wholesale and on‑trade customers. We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager to drive performance across a defined territory, winning new business, growing existing accounts, and delivering against ambitious commercial targets.
About the role
- You’ll be responsible for delivering profitable sales growth across your area, developing both new and existing customer relationships while maximising distribution of our full product range.
- Drive new business growth and build a high‑quality, profitable customer base.
- Grow own beer volumes (including Korev and Arctic Sky) through distribution, promotions, and POS.
- Deliver structured account management through journey planning and regular business reviews.
- Build strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities and market insights.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting (visit reports, pipeline, updates).
- Manage commercial agreements, ensuring ROI and profitability across deals and investments.
- Deliver against sales, volume, margin, and distribution targets.

Your experience
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role (ideally 2+ years).
- Strong track record of delivering against targets and KPIs.
- Experience building and managing customer relationships in a commercial environment.
- Good understanding of profitability, margins, and commercial agreements.
- Competent in Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
- Excellent time management and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
