People Operations and Projects Co-ordinator
Join the St Austell Brewery team as a People Operations and Projects Co-ordinator.
This is a fixed 18-month contract, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. You will help bring our people strategy to life by coordinating key engagement, reward, and policy initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering initiatives smoothly and effectively, in line with organisational goals
- Ensuring compliance and creating a positive experience for our people
- Supporting the rollout of initiatives, tracking progress, and keeping stakeholders informed
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience supporting or coordinating projects within HR
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience managing confidential data in line with GDPR and internal policies
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Familiarity with HR systems and understanding of employee engagement principles
