Overview
This exciting role will see you work in an inspiring part of the world, motivating a team of passionate people while supporting and occasionally stepping in for the General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Taking the helm when the General Manager is away, you motivate team members to deliver their best and ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Creating a warm welcome to guests, making every first impression count to ensure experiences delight from the get-go.
- Keeping a watchful eye over customer feedback so the team adapts to maintain high standards and improve where necessary.
- You go above and beyond to ensure a consistently high level of service, supporting the full team including Front and Back of House during peak times.
- Overseeing the consistent production of a quality food offering and recognising the importance of the Kitchen Team.
- Having a wealth of experience in a similar role means you can recognise when team members need help and you’ll support where needed.
- A keen eye for detail means you keep all admin and cash management systems ticking along as they should, taking responsibility when the General Manager is away.
