The Governors and Head Teacher are seeking to appoint an outstanding practitioner to join our team at St Augustine’s, part of Our Lady and All Saints Multi‑Academy Company.

Responsibilities & Requirements
- Possess an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare qualification.
- Have a good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum through to Year 6.
- Work with a range of SEND pupils across the school.
- Be hardworking and support children to reach their full potential.
- Have good interpersonal and organisational skills to work well as a member of a hard‑working team.
- Employ excellent behaviour management strategies.
- Be willing to participate fully in the life of our school, including a knowledge and commitment to Catholic Education.
- Speak fluent and spoken English (essential requirement).
- Hold an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS) and, where relevant, a childcare disqualification check.
- Meet pre‑employment checks including references, evidence of right to work, medical clearance, and where applicable a prohibition check and evidence of qualifications.
