St Raphael the Archangel CMAT are looking to recruit a Cover Supervisor. This full time, permanent role on a term time plus inset basis (39 weeks) will be based at St Augustine's Catholic High School.
The Cover Supervisor will:
- Complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision.
- Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities for individuals/groups or short-term for whole classes.
- Monitor students and assess, record and report on students' achievement, progress and development.
- Be responsible for students' learning and behaviour in circumstances where a teacher is not available.
- Manage Supply Staff under the guidance of the Senior Cover Supervisor.
